Smoothie It Out- Day Seven Recipe

I thought I’d share an awesome recipe with you and tell you why berry smoothies are so healthy for women. So I started my day with my favorite thing ever!!! A smoothie bowl. These bowls are super healthy for you and really quick to make.

Here's my recipe:

I used a handful of the following:

  • frozen blueberries

  • blackberries

  • strawberries

  • one banana

I also used a tablespoon of each:

  • peanut butter powder

  • chaste tree berry powder

  • maca root powder.

I added coconut water at the half the ratio of fruit, this makes the mixture thick.

Lastly I topped it with-

  • honey granola

  • freshly chopped banana

  • fresh strawberries
